Black castor oil

The black castor oil is an elixir for hair and skin. It has plenty of benefits for your skincare and beauty treatments at home.

You’ve almost certainly heard, and probably used, of yellow castor oil. Its properties have been known in our country for decades. However, there is also black castor oil. Here’s the difference.

Yellow castor oil is obtained after cold pressing of castor seeds.

Black castor oil is obtained by roasting the seeds first. The oil is then extracted from them with the help of heat. Contrary to expectations, it is not black in color, but rather caramel. It differs from the classic castor oil, which has a golden color.

Black castor oil is less well known and less research has been done on it. However, many use it in their home beauty treatments.

Black castor oil can be used both for hair growth and to nourish the eyebrows. This is how. First, thoroughly clean the eyebrow hairs and the area around them. Apply a little black castor oil with a cotton swab. After 5 minutes, wash with a damp cloth.

This procedure also helps to erase fine lines.
